Our Tapovan yoga studio offers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini-based practices, meditation, mantra chanting, and Shakti Sadhana. We also offer Shaktipat initiation for sincere seekers following the guru–shishya tradition. In addition to daily classes, Triyambakam hosts peaceful yoga and wellness retreats at our private villa in Narendra Nagar, located near The Westin. Our retreats include yoga, meditation, sattvic meals, and a serene Himalayan environment, supporting inner balance, self-discovery, and spiritual growth.
