The Life Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes from power to gentle. Our “Life Flow” is a heated, powerful, bodily experience. Life Restore is a refreshing and rejuvenating class for all levels, all ages, and all injuries. Life Shape is a heated power yoga sculpt class with weights and bands. The studio offers other fun events monthly – sound baths, themed nights, and more. The studio offers private party yoga at the studio and on location. We are a boutique studio, with that small-town vibe.
