At South Coast Psychotherapy, P.C., we provide a supportive space to explore emotions, relationships, and personal growth. Our practice offers trauma-informed psychotherapy, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, EMDR, and integrative approaches designed to support healing and self-understanding. We work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and depression. Sessions are available in person and through telehealth for convenience.
