My background :

Having started my career as a professional dancer and artist in the Bollywood Film Industry for more than 8 years, I have been a part of various commericial advertisements, serials, photo shoots, as well.
My passion for fitness and commitment to a healthier lifestyle has led me to pursue fitness as a parallel career and I have been practising the same since more than 5 years.
With a background in sports, professional kick boxing, dance and various other fitness disciplines, my approach to exercise is through quality of movement for the intended benefits, rather than counting the calories that are burnt!
